 Serving suggestions: 

Best served at room temperature (chilled in summer) on toasted bread or on gourmet crackers. Great paired with a glass of Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ingredients :

Gascony style pork terrine: Pork (origin France), pork liver (origin France), egg, carrot, salt, pork gelatin, parsley, sugar, pepper, garlic. Salt: 1.58 g per 100 g.

Country style pork terrine with hazelnut: Pork (origin France), pork liver (origin France), egg, hazelnut 2% salt, porcine gelatin, sugar, pepper. Salt: 1.63 g per 100 g.

Pork and chives terrine: Meat and pork fat 72%, egg, chives 1.4%, salt, gelatin, sugar, pepper.

Comtesse du Barry terrines can be served as a first course, in sandwiches, or for appetizers and snacks.

A slight surface oxidation is normal and is the guarantee of a traditional terrine with no preservative.

Keep for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator after opening.
