Delivery is calculated at checkout by parcel weight (Australia Post Parcel Post), and it’s FREE anywhere in Australia on orders of $150 or more.

Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is normally within about 5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Chilled & perishable items
Perishable items are packed and sent to arrive promptly — please have someone available to receive them. We avoid shipping chilled items to arrive over a weekend or public holiday.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or the delivery address was incorrect, we’ll get in touch. You can ask us to re-ship it (you cover the reshipment postage) or receive a refund of the product price, less the original shipping charge. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
