Berry Parfait with Sweet Ginger Hemp Drizzle

A no-cook breakfast or quick dessert that looks after itself: yoghurt, berries and whatever crunch you have on hand, layered in a glass and finished with a drizzle of Cannanda CB2 Sweet Ginger Hemp Seed Oil — nutty with a warm ginger edge. Hemp seed oil is best used cold, never heated, so a raw drizzle is exactly right.

What you need

Method

  1. Spoon a layer of yoghurt into a glass, then a layer of berries, and repeat.
  2. Scatter granola, nuts or dried fruit between the layers if using.
  3. Drizzle the sweet ginger hemp oil between the layers and over the top. Serve immediately.
