Berry Parfait with Sweet Ginger Hemp Drizzle
A no-cook breakfast or quick dessert that looks after itself: yoghurt, berries and whatever crunch you have on hand, layered in a glass and finished with a drizzle of Cannanda CB2 Sweet Ginger Hemp Seed Oil — nutty with a warm ginger edge. Hemp seed oil is best used cold, never heated, so a raw drizzle is exactly right.
What you need
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2–1 cup yoghurt (dairy or plant)
- 1–2 tbsp Cannanda CB2 Sweet Ginger Hemp Seed Oil
- Optional: maple syrup, granola, dried fruit, nuts
Method
- Spoon a layer of yoghurt into a glass, then a layer of berries, and repeat.
- Scatter granola, nuts or dried fruit between the layers if using.
- Drizzle the sweet ginger hemp oil between the layers and over the top. Serve immediately.
