Hubert Gourmet was founded over 20 years ago by Hubert, the passionate gastronome who gave the business its name and built it on a simple belief: Australians shouldn’t have to travel to France to enjoy exceptional gourmet food. Today, Hubert Gourmet is proudly owned and led by Philippe, who continues that vision with the support of our French and Swiss team of gastronomes. Every product is carefully tasted, evaluated and selected before earning its place in our collection.
A small collection, chosen the hard way
We keep our collection small — around 150 carefully selected products — because every tin, jar and pouch is something we’d proudly serve at our own table. Nothing is added simply because a supplier offers it; every product has earned its place by impressing our team, and we believe our customers will love it just as much.
