Organic Calypso tea by Seven Seas Tea. This calming herbal blend combines the stress relieving properties of lemon balm with the digestive benefits of peppermint to creative the perfect evening, after dinner blend. Rosehips give a tangy flavour and a vitamin C boost. High in antioxidants, Calypso will relax, promote sleep and improve your wellbeing.

Ingredients: Organic ginger, lemon balm, peppermint, rosehips, orange peel, rose petals, jasmine flowers, cinnamon chips. All organic ingredients

To brew: 1tsp tea per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy on its own. Sweeten to taste. Serve hot or iced.
