Organic Sticky Chai Tea
What’s not to love about this delicious concoction? Black tea bended with all your favourite chai spices and the secret ingredient; Himalayan honey. It’s sweet, sticky and scarily addictive. The honey adds soft, buttery toffee notes to the chai, mellow and toasty, with a lovely golden colour. Enjoy as a back tea, add a dash of milk or simmer in the milk on the stovetop for an authentic chai experience.
No sugar required – this one’s sweet enough.
Ingredients: Black tea, Himalayan honey, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cardamom, aniseed, turmeric, peppercorns, salt, vanilla.
To brew: 1tsp tea per cup. Infuse in freshly boiled water for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy on its own. Sweeten to taste. Serve hot or iced.

To brew: Stovetop method (serves x 2): For a rich and creamy cup of sticky chai add 1 heaped teaspoon chai mix per cup to a saucepan. Add 1 x cup water and bring to the boil. Simmer 3-4 mins. Add 1 x cup milk (dairy, nut, soy or coconut) and simmer for a further 3-4 mins. Take saucepan off the heat and strain liquid through a sieve straight into a mug. Serve hot.
To enjoy without milk just add boiling water to one teaspoon of chai mix and infuse 3-4 mins.
