Lemon, Ginger & Turmeric Fizz (Sparkling Mocktail)

A five-minute non-alcoholic spritz that’s all zip and freshness: muddle fresh ginger and turmeric, sharpen with lemon, top with sparkling water and finish with a drop of Cannanda CB2 Wellness Blend for its aromatic, herbaceous lift. A pinch of cayenne is optional, for people who like a little heat with their citrus.

What you need

  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 thin slices fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 3–4 mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Optional: a dash of cayenne
  • 1–2 drops Cannanda CB2 Wellness Blend

Method

  1. Muddle the ginger, turmeric and mint in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
  3. Fill with ice, top with sparkling water, add a drop of CB2 Wellness Blend and garnish with mint. Serve cold.
