Lemon, Ginger & Turmeric Fizz (Sparkling Mocktail)
A five-minute non-alcoholic spritz that’s all zip and freshness: muddle fresh ginger and turmeric, sharpen with lemon, top with sparkling water and finish with a drop of Cannanda CB2 Wellness Blend for its aromatic, herbaceous lift. A pinch of cayenne is optional, for people who like a little heat with their citrus.
What you need
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 thin slices fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 3–4 mint leaves
- Ice
- Optional: a dash of cayenne
- 1–2 drops Cannanda CB2 Wellness Blend
Method
- Muddle the ginger, turmeric and mint in the bottom of a glass.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
- Fill with ice, top with sparkling water, add a drop of CB2 Wellness Blend and garnish with mint. Serve cold.
