Description
Keating Co Wizard Pickles began with a question nobody else was asking: what would fenugreek do for a dill pickle? The answer — a warm, nutty, earthy undertone beneath the classic tangy crunch — earned recognition at the International Flavour Awards and gave these pickles their alter ego: Fenugreek the Great.
Each 500g jar is packed with hand-cut cucumbers brined in vinegar with dill, garlic and peppercorns, plus that one transformative spice. Familiar enough for pickle traditionalists, surprising enough to convert everyone else.
Where they perform
