Description
Keating & Co took the Pickle Monster — their cult Lebanese-cucumber and habanero relish — and folded it through a vegan mayonnaise. What comes out is a burger sauce with an argument to make: dill and green chilli up front, cauliflower and onion for body, habanero arriving late and politely. Flavour first, heat second, exactly as the range promises.
