Description
Cape to Cairo – Organic Rooibos runs the length of a continent in one cup: South African rooibos and rosehips at one end, Egyptian hibiscus at the other, with Ghanaian orange peel somewhere along the route.
The pour is a deep garnet red, and the flavour follows the colour — rooibos brings its smooth, gently sweet base while hibiscus and rosehip pull it bright and tangy, finishing with a citrus flick from the orange peel. Naturally caffeine free, it’s just as happy over ice on a forty-degree afternoon as it is steaming in a winter mug, which makes it one of the hardest-working pouches on our tea shelf.
Brewing notes
- Infuse in freshly boiled water for three to four minutes
- Delicious unsweetened; a little honey deepens the fruitiness
