The Lankan Lion isn’t just another curry sauce—it delivers tradition and celebrates family. Inspired by a cherished Sri Lankan recipe, this sauce brings bold, vibrant flavours straight to the table.

Use The Lankan Lion as a rich, aromatic curry base (see below), or pour it over roast vegetables, hot chips, or a roast chicken roll for an extra kick of flavour. However it’s served, this sauce turns everyday meals into something special.
