Suggested Uses:

Or place 1 or 2 drops under your tongue, hold for 1 minute before swallowing. You can also add 2-3 drops to a tablespoon of Hemp oil and swallow directly or add to food – we recommend this oil : Vasse Valley Hemp Oil.
