Strawberry Flavour Pearls : Vegan, Dairy Free & Gluten Free

10 pearls recommended per serve or 2 to 3 grams.  A canape would need only a few Pearls for impact.

50g jar : Contains more than 160 pearls per jar.

Flavour Pearls are to be refrigerated after opening. We recommend consuming them within around 3 weeks. But saying that many of our flavours are high acid or high sugar (eg: Balsamic Vinegar) so will last far longer.
