Cinnamon Masala : Hand crafted spice blends direct from Sarina Kamini’s Kashmiri Kitchen in Margaret River, Western Australia.
The Spice Mistress Cinnamon Masala is a warming blend designed to nurture. Cinnamon’s ‘hero’ spice quality is intensified by cassia. Fennel seed is a powerful digestive. Fenugreek powder is the bitter spine that induces satiety. This is a texturally fine blend suited to marriage with lamb, beans and most vegetables. Ghee emphasises the blend’s warmth. Heating in coconut oil introduces an acidic aspect to the masala.
These masala blends are hand blended and bottled in Margaret River from mostly organic spice.
Preservative free, gluten free, vegan friendly and free of added sugar.
