Sarina Kamini Cinnamon Masala is a warming blend designed to nurture. Cinnamon’s ‘hero’ spice quality is intensified by cassia. Fennel seed is a powerful digestive. Fenugreek powder is the bitter spine that induces satiety. This is a texturally fine blend suited to marriage with lamb, beans and most vegetables. Ghee emphasises the blend’s warmth. Heating in coconut oil introduces an acidic aspect to the masala.
With these masala blends Sarina Kamini aim to introduce you to the transformative power of spice. Each masala is blended around a ‘hero’ spice. Turmeric. Chilli. Cinnamon. Cumin. Each of these hero spices offer up, not just different flavour profiles, but different body benefits and stimulus.
These masala blends are hand blended and bottled in Margaret River from mostly organic spice.
