Gourmet Krissini range was developed with the need of finding alternative healthy ingredients to twist the traditional recipe with spices and herbs creating distinct flavours never tasted before. Combining our authentic recipes and methods with innovative ingredients and superfoods we bring to your grazing tables, platters and hampers, natural colours and flavours to pair with local food and drinks. Traditional Rosemary : Locally sourced Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflamatory compounds, which are thought to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Traditional Italian flavour in our Mediterranean diet.

Simply Fennel: Fennel seeds have a mild licorice-like flavor rich in essential oils. Not only it helps regulate blood pressure, reduce water retention and improve digestion, but it also reduce stress.

Italian Herbs & Garlic : These rich and tasty flavour would go with you fresh dips, salad and winter soups.

Activated Charcoal & Sesame Seed : Introducing the health benefit of Activated Charcoal in our diet for detox purposes. Made from australian coconut shells, AC attracts heavy toxins.

Turmeric & Cumin Seeds : Turmeric may be the most effective nutritional supplement in existence. Vasse Valley Roasted Hemp Seeds : Vasse Valley is a local farm growing Hemp in the Margaret River Region. Hemp seed is high in protein, essential fatty acids and fibre. It provides a great source of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulphur, calcium, iron and zinc. Hemp is a non-GMO crop and is easy to grow without the use of chemical sprays in WA. Unique, fresh, local.

Roll a slice of prosciutto around it. Plunge it in a creamy sauce like a gourmet truffle spread, hummus or pesto. Add a beautiful fine touch to winter soups and summer salads. Bread crumb the leftovers to blanket deep fried halloumi cheese, mozzarella, schnitzel and stuffed meats. Perfect with local cheese and wine.

Baked to order in small batches, you can eat Krissini as a daily snack, with family meals, or paired with local food and drinks. The light and crispy texture of a freshly baked grissini can only be found locally.

The quirky name comes from the style of Italian bread stick, Grissini, combined with Kristian’s nickname, Kris, to create Krissini.
