Pork fat (from France), South West duck confit 20%, leek, Southwest duck lanyard, chicken liver, Southwest duck liver, egg, garlic, salt, gelatin, pepper flavor (milk, gluten, gelling agent: guar gum), Espelette pepper, nutmeg, bay leaves, thyme.
